The Curatá process involves utilizing advanced, comprehensive lab work that far exceeds conventional testing to explore all systems of your body. Through blood, urine, stool, and saliva we identify critical imbalances with significantly greater precision and sensitivity than standard labs. Each of our memberships require a deep dive lab package which you can expect the initial investment of the lab work to range from $2,500 to $4,500, this cost will be determined for you by our team after your initial discovery call.

Included in all memberships:

    • Ample meeting time so all of your concerns are heard

    • In-depth questionnaires to understand your whole body, health history, lifestyle, goals and more

    • Daily support to heal root causes and prevent future illness

    • Curated lab testing recommendations to better understand and optimize your health

    • Analysis and review of the results and recommendations with us, with next steps to provide healing opportunities

    • Testing is completed from the comfort of your home, with the exception of bloodwork

    • Annual testing is encouraged for optimal health and well being as our bodies are like an ecosystem - always changing and needing adjustment to stay in homeostasis. A body in homeostasis will function optimally to support the deterrence of disease and sickness

    • Nutrition plan to nourish and rebalance your body

    • Nutraceutical supplement suggestions as needed

    • Recommendations for lifestyle changes where needed based on lab testing and conversation

    • Daily interaction within our portal to stay on track with your personalized protocol

    • Ongoing support in making changes to improve your nutrition, stimulation of blood flow/daily movement, sleep hygiene, stress reduction, and more

    • Get answers from us between your monthly calls through our portal, always within 24 hours but often much faster

    • One 30-minute Zoom call monthly to audit the last 30 days and discuss awareness around choices, acknowledgment, acceptance, and adjustments needed for the next 30 days.  In addition, we will discuss complex questions, personalized protocol adjustments, behavioral modifications needed, and emotional healing

    • 1 meal plan quarterly

    • Access to monthly education seminar

    • Daily task/education/communication within TrueCoach portal

    • Discounted pricing on annual lab reorders
